A screaming skull in a tall top hat, clutching its head while red eyes peer out of the dark. The band's name hides in the skull, ALIEN and SEX in its eye sockets and FIEND in its mouth, with "possessed" scrawled below, the title of Alien Sex Fiend's 2018 album.
Design
- Front: A screaming white skull in a top hat lettered music should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable, the band name in its eyes and mouth, red eyes around it and possessed in red script.
